<span>Shell and tube heat exchanger is the most generally utilized types of for transfer in many industrial purposes. Shell comprises a set unit. One unit includes mechanical parts another consists controlling part. Both has to be modelled ensure efficient operation shell exchanger. The modelling completely established on type applications. controller independent kind only needs input fluid output properties such as temperature flow rate. Hence primary objective paper focus part enhancing performance. This proposes novel fuzzy-PID technique based multiplication make settling time overshoot setpoint less greater extent results are compared with conventional PI method various tuning algorithms.</span>
